
This one had my heart pumping and upper burning! It was short and sweet but very effective.
Finisher – the exercise you do after completing all the rounds of a circuit. It acts as a last attempt to really fatigue muscles out.
3 rounds of 10-15 reps.
CIRCUIT A
- Bench step ups + press or lateral raise
- Split squat with forward lean
- Plank with forward reach (light weight)
- Curtsey lunge
CIRCUIT B
- Rolling plank
- Hip dips
- Knee to chest glide
- Finisher: plank jack
