Full Body HIIT + Core

Kora was our cheerleader today while her Mama and I had a sweaty sesh.

 

This one had my heart pumping and upper burning! It was short and sweet but very effective.

Finisher – the exercise you do after completing all the rounds of a circuit. It acts as a last attempt to really fatigue muscles out.

3 rounds of 10-15 reps.

CIRCUIT A

  • Bench step ups + press or lateral raise
  • Split squat with forward lean
  • Plank with forward reach (light weight)
  • Curtsey lunge

CIRCUIT B

  • Rolling plank
  • Hip dips
  • Knee to chest glide
  • Finisher: plank jack

FULL / ASSISTED PULL UPS
3 rounds of the max number of reps you can complete.
