Last Thursday, I revealed on my Instagram that I was selected as Vancouver Mom Top 30 Blogger for 2017!
This honestly couldn’t have come at a better time in my life and career. I have been dealing with a serious situation at work that has been a huge source of stress. Along with my dad’s health and my girls’ friend suddenly passing – it has all become difficult to process.

Writing was a lost passion of mine. I used to write fiction and poetry in my teen years. I love raw and vivid pieces. And now it has reemerged through blogging. It has allowed me to connect with some strong, uplifting and supportive people – some relationships I will probably have for the rest of my life. And because of these reasons, I am incredibly grateful. Thank you Vancouver Mom for this honour. And for recognizing my work. Thank you so much.
And an extra special thank you to all of my friends and family who have had to put up with my relentless-photo-taking + constant-lookout-for-blog-inspiration + Instagram-stories-snapchat-documenting lifestyle. You have supported me from the beginning and that means more than I can ever express. ❤️
Lastly, I’d like to thank my husband. Because without his support, I honestly would not have been able to take the ultimate plunge into developing this blog. His belief and confidence in me has encouraged me to grow and reach past my comfort zone. Thanks Hun. ❤️
