Metropolis at Metrotown, located in Burnaby, BC, is one of the largest malls in Canada with 400 stores, restaurants and a movie theatre! Last night, we got a chance to preview their new attraction, Tasty Treats! Let’s just say, we left the largest mall in BC with some pretty happy taste buds!
Tasty Treats is a unique family fun exhibit that opens August 11 and runs until the 20th. It features samplings from yummy food retailers daily, enough to satisfy your sweet or savoury senses.

Their whimsical displays were custom-built just for this event so be sure to snap a selfie in front of them, especially the 8 ft. donut and the giant lollipops!

They are also giving away a $1000 shopping spree! All you need to do is hashtag your photo with #METTREATS and @metropolisatmet. Share your favourite photos daily for more chances to win! Another chance to win is by guessing the number of jellybeans in the giant case! Enter with your guess at the kiosks located beside the case.
Remember jawbreakers? They have a 7ft tall gumball machine that dispenses the nostalgic treat! Be sure to take a selfie and bring your quarter to get one (or a few) – all proceeds go to Burnaby Neighbourhood House.

Wow all looks like a dream land. That big giant size donut and lollipop 🍭 and that jelly beans wow all looks so attractive and fun loving place for kids. I love that apple 🍎 caramel puddings. Looks like a food store with fun activities. Really like the way you given a full detailed review of the place.
