regardless of the people

regardless of the events

regardless of all the things that happen

whatever you choose will be right

it will be fresh

sometimes I think that

all you need is will

and determination

to walk on the cement and watch the cracks beneath you

the bright greens sprouting through

regardless of the cougars and leopards

that follow

there is nothing that is permanent

determine the stakes

and the greens will simply go away.
