Movement | Full Body Pyjama Workout

Yes I went there…and I bet more than one of you have done this too: workout in your PJs. Because, why dirty another outfit when you don’t have to? 🙂

I made this workout to be:

  • low impact – because no one wants to suffocate from the extra fabric, haha!
  • Less range of motion – because most pjs don’t offer that extra stretch for working out.

  1. Squat with band
    Optional: Dumbbell
  2. Abduction + Pull Aparts
    x20 per side
  3. Glute Squeeze + Row
    x20 per side
  4. Banded Core Work
    Straight leg extension x2
    Bent leg squeeze x2
    Knee to chest x 2
    x20 per side
