Counteract Computer Posture with this Superset Workout

I spent a lot of yesterday working on my computer (other than a short walk outside) so my goal at the gym today was to counteract the extra sitting and [hunched over] computer posture I tend to get. I have focused on compound movements to target core and the lower extremities.

Single leg squat R

Single leg squat L
