Happy International Women’s Day!

I am a chip eater.⁣
I am a working mom.⁣
I am a stay at home mom.⁣
I clean toilets.⁣
I serve my kids chicken nuggets from a box.⁣
I skip workouts.⁣
I eat all the sugar.⁣
I drink.⁣

I am a woman. 🧘🏻‍♀️⁣

International Women’s Day is about supporting the good that women have done AND all the everyday things, the mistakes, the failures, everything BTS. We are all good people, including the men who choose to honour and fight for us everyday. I’m celebrating it all.⁣

I have been an ambassador for Steve Nash Fitness Clubs for about 6 months and it has been truly a great experience for me. They recently reached out to me for an article they were writing for International Women’s Day and I jumped at the chance to support them and women.

As you know, I am a huge believer in equal rights and gender equality, so this is a huge deal to be part of this movement with a great company like SNFC. (Read this post to find out how this issue affects me.)
