Supersetting Functional Movements for Pain-Free Living

Supersetting Functional Movements for Pain-Free Living

In this video, I show how I superset multiple movements that are extremely effective for active rehab or functional training.

SUPERSET: completing two movements back to back with little or no rest, usually working similar muscle groups.

Two of the movements are KLT (Kinetic Link Training exercises) which are the basis for a lot of my active rehabilitation clients. KLT trains the brain to rehabilitate injuries and teaches it to move better. Incorporate two or all four of these in your workout and I promise you’ll feel a difference in your day to day movements as well as your isolated strength training exercises (bicep curls, lateral raises, etc).

Feel free to DM me with any questions.
