Here is a circuit you can do at home with ZERO equipment.
Social Distancing At Home Circuit
3-4 sets of 10-15 reps (per side, as applicable)
-3 point lunge
-Glute squeeze – straight leg
-Glute squeeze – bent leg
-2-point toe tap
-air squat
-push up
-knee to elbow
Stay safe, strong and support your immunity through movement!
