Don’t let COVID-19 stop you from moving!

Movement helps build a stronger immune system to disease and infections so don’t skip your workouts just because you are social distancing and staying home!
 
Here is a circuit you can do at home with ZERO equipment.
 

Social Distancing At Home Circuit

3-4 sets of 10-15 reps (per side, as applicable)
-3 point lunge
-Glute squeeze – straight leg
-Glute squeeze – bent leg
-2-point toe tap
-air squat
-push up
-knee to elbow
