Since the pandemic, most of us have been less active than usual. There is more sitting, screen time, and social media, of course. This change can come with some extra aches and pains or aggravate existing ones. And we are without our usual superheroes who fix us (RMTs, Physios, Chiro, acupuncturist, etc.).
This series is meant to relieve and reduce those pains and bring your body back into alignment so you can function better.
These movements can be done as needed. Generally speaking, I like to do them at least twice a week. They can be easily completed while watching your favourite shows.
